Happy Saturday!

 First month of the new year is just about completed. 

I signed up for my second 10K April 1, 2017 and to lose 50 lbs. By then. THAT  will make my 150lb. Goal. As of friday i am down -7.2. (48.2 to go) Challenge yourself.  YOU GOT THIS!

Set those monthly goals. Each month look back over your goals and jump back into it.
