Sometimes life gets in the way. I keep a health journal. I write in it my best days and my not so good days. When I feel like I’ve falling off track, I refer to my journal. I read over my best days, to remind me how far I’ve come and where I want to go. I do read over scriptures, pray and read affirmations to keep me focus. I also look at pictures of my beginning, that normally put me back to where i need to be. Just take each new day as a new beginnings. Because that new beginning excitement will always be there. WE GOT THIS!
