If you are use to walking for 30 minutes and meetings surround your day. Walk in place for 10 minutes, do 20 squats, towards your goal. Make it a part of your daily routine and then it will become a habit. Just do something, NEVER QUIT! FOCUS, PLAN, and BELIEVE that you can.
