We should be getting 64 oz.-of water in daily. If you’re work outing it should be another 8-16 oz. Depending on the intensity of your workout.
Staying hydrated makes everything run smoothly and help to flush toxins out of your body.
Remember some veggies and fruits also helps with getting in the water. Cucumbers, watermelon, grapes etc.
The way I try to get my water in, is to find a water bottle that is at least 32 oz. I know that from the time I get up until about mid day, I will get in my part one. I have from after lunch til 8:30 pm to get the part two in. A little more if I am working out. The key is to always stay hydrated.
